The use of services from Host Web Solutions, a unit of Whiz Global Solutions, constitutes agreement to these terms. You may view our Privacy Policy on our website.
1. ACCOUNT SETUP / EMAIL ON FILE
We will set up your account after we have received payment and our fraud screening process is completed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address that is not associated with the domain(s) you are registering. All official communication, including abuse or security notices, will be sent to the primary email on file. You must ensure your contact details are accurate and updated at all times.
Providing false contact information may result in immediate termination. For dedicated server or high‑risk orders, government‑issued identification and card verification may be required. Failure to provide verification may result in denial of service.
Ownership: The credit card holder or owner of the PayPal account used for payment is considered the legal owner of the hosting account.
Transfers: We provide free transfer assistance for 30 days from signup. After this period, transfer services may incur fees depending on complexity.
Dedicated IP Allocation: Additional IP requests may require ARIN‑compliant justification. We reserve the right to deny insufficiently justified requests.
Third‑Party Providers: All third‑party services are governed by their respective terms. Host Web Solutions is not liable for issues related to third‑party products or services.
2. CONTENT
All services provided by Host Web Solutions may only be used for lawful purposes under U.S. Federal and State laws. Customers agree to indemnify Host Web Solutions against any claims related to use of our services.
Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content or counterfeit goods, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
Using shared hosting accounts as backup storage is not allowed, except for one cPanel backup.
Examples of Prohibited Content on Shared & Reseller Hosting:
Topsites, proxy/anonymizer scripts
Pirated software / warez
Image hosting scripts (Photobucket‑style)
HYIP / Forex / Ponzi / MLM
Gambling / Lottery / Escrow / Bank debentures
Spam scripts / mail bombers
Bruteforce / hacking tools / IP scanners
Streaming sports broadcasts (e.g., UFC, FIFA, NFL)
File dump/mirror sites (e.g., RapidShare‑type)
Sites distributing illegal content or linking to such
Any form of child exploitation content (immediate suspension)
Similar restrictions apply to dedicated servers for security reasons.
3. ZERO‑TOLERANCE SPAM POLICY
We strictly prohibit unsolicited bulk email (spam). Accounts sending spam will be terminated without notice. Any service that results in IP blacklisting may incur cleanup fees.
4. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Invoices are billed on a recurring basis unless cancellation is submitted in writing via the cancellation form. Late invoices (10 days past due) incur a $10 fee and may result in suspension.
Domain renewals are final and non‑refundable. Customers must notify support after manual payment.
5. BACKUPS & DATA LOSS
Weekly backups are provided as a courtesy. Customers are fully responsible for data. Host Web Solutions is not liable for data loss.
6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We offer a 15‑day money‑back guarantee for first‑time shared and reseller hosting customers. SSL, VPS Server, Dedicated server payments, software installation fees, and domain registrations are non‑refundable.
7. RESOURCE USAGE
Users may not:
Use more than 20% CPU for longer than 60 seconds
Run unattended server processes
Run web spiders, IRC scripts, torrent systems, P2P, gaming servers
Run cron intervals under 15 minutes
Abuse MySQL resources
Inodes: Accounts exceeding 250,000 inodes may receive warnings or suspension.
8. BANDWIDTH
Exceeding bandwidth limits may result in suspension or upgrade requirements.
9. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE & UPTIME GUARANTEE
Shared/reseller hosting carries a 15‑day guarantee. 99.9% uptime guarantee allows claim for one month credit on downtime outside SLA.
10‑12. RESELLER, SHARED & DEDICATED SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES
Resellers support their own clients. Shared hosting cannot be resold. Dedicated servers are unmanaged, not backed up, and users must maintain their own backups.
13. PRICE CHANGES / 14. COUPONS
Pricing may change at any time. Coupons apply only to first‑time orders.
15. INDEMNIFICATION & ARBITRATION
Customers indemnify Host Web Solutions against legal claims. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Texas.
16‑18. DISCLAIMER / LAW ENFORCEMENT / CHANGES
We provide services as‑is with no warranty. We may cooperate with law enforcement. Terms may change without notice.
